CONDITIONS OF USE

RETURN

 

Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery of the merchandise for a replacement or a refund of the entire amount paid by the customer. However, returns are only available in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of damaged or defective products: Do not be concerned; if, upon delivery of the product, you discover that it is in damaged condition, please contact our Customer Care team at 6262222005 or "ashtavedacare@gmail.com"; we will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference, after necessary verification. Your shipment's contents and original packaging, as well as any damaged or faulty products, must be returned.
  • In the event that a different product is sent: Do not be concerned; if you discover that we have delivered a different product, please contact our Customer Care staff promptly at 6262222005 or " ashtavedacare@gmail.com ". Depending on your request, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product. Your shipment's contents and original packaging must be returned with the merchandise.

CANCELLATION

Orders paid for by COD are subject to a no-questions-asked cancellation policy. For orders paid for in advance, the base cost assessed to us by the payment processing merchant will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. However, **it is only permitted as long as the merchandise hasn't left our warehouses for shipping. REFUND

After we confirm, we will start your reimbursement within 3 working days. To get it credited or reflected in your bank or credit card account statement, though, it can take 7 to 15 working days because inter-bank refund processes are involved.
