RETURN

Within seven days of the product's receipt, returns are accepted with the option of a product replacement or a refund of the entire amount paid by the customer. But only the following situations are eligible for returns:

• In the event that a product is delivered damaged or defective, don't worry. Call or email our Customer Care team right away at 62622-22005 or ashtavedacare@gmail.com, and we'll either issue a refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference, following the necessary verification. Along with any broken or flawed goods, your shipment's contents and original packaging must be returned.
•  In the event that a different product was shipped: Don't be concerned; simply contact our Customer Care staff at 62622-22005 or ashtavedacare@gmail.com as soon as you realize that a different product was shipped. Depending on your preference, we will either send a replacement item or a refund. Your shipment's contents and its original packaging must be returned with the goods.

CANCELLATION

Orders paid for by COD are subject to a no-questions-asked cancellation policy. For orders paid for in advance, the base cost assessed to us by the payment processing merchant will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. However, **it is only permitted as long as the merchandise hasn't left our warehouses for shipping. REFUND

After we confirm, we will start your reimbursement within 3 working days. To get it credited or reflected in your bank or credit card account statement, though, it can take 7 to 15 working days because inter-bank refund processes are involved.
